Do the hundred?

Can you do 100 press-ups? If not then follow this program one hundred push ups and you will be able to after 6 weeks.

I start tomorrow and managed a feeble 17 on my initial test...

I did 21 on my initial test... more than I thought but then I've been doing a bit of arm weights lately as my right shoulder has been feeling "weak" and I suspect the onset of arthritis or something... old age eh?
